At City Realty Group, we greatly appreciate the hard work our interns have given us as they gain valuable professional experience. Recently, City Realty Group’s Steve Whalen invited our interns to his home for a backyard dinner to thank them for their efforts!

Ben: Ben Gordon, 20, is in his first summer interning at City Realty. He is a rising junior at Lafayette College, in Easton, PA, where he is majoring in Civil & Environmental Engineering, with minors in Architectural Studies and Environmental Science. While not focusing on schoolwork, Ben is an avid trumpet player, and is part of the Concert Band and Pep Band at Lafayette.
Ellis: Ellis Vish, a 16 year old incoming Senior at Brookline High is in his second summer at City Realty as an intern. He is currently focusing on leading a data based project to help further understand what our tenants look for in a property. Ellis plays on the boys varsity ice hockey team at Brookline High and is the captain of the team. At school Ellis is the leader of the City Kids club which helps further expand City Realty’s non-profit, City Kids. In the future Ellis plans on continuing the growth of his Sneaker reselling business as well as graduating high school in June of 2021
Jelvis: Jelvis Lara-Lugo, 19, has been at City Realty for 5 years now. Some of his hobbies include, biking, swimming, adventuring cities and Foreign Exchange trading. Jelvis will be attending Umass Boston in the fall to study economics as a freshman. His plans for the next coming years are to get his real estate sales agent license and begin making deals with it.
Nicole: Nicole Caceres, 21, has been working at City Realty Group for 4 years. One of her hobbies is singing. She is currently a Junior at Bridgewater State University. Her plans for next year are to hopefully obtain her real estate license and become a real estate agent, as well as graduate college.
Milani: Milani is 17 years old and has recently started interning for City Realty this July. She is a recent graduate of Brookline High School’s class of 2020. When she is not working or at school, Milani invests her time in helping her family develop properties. In September, she will be studying at Westfield State University as a Business Major for the first semester.
Myles: Myles Whalen is 16 years old and has been an intern at City Realty for three summers. He is a rising junior at Brookline High School where he is a part of the football team. In the future he plans to follow a path center around business, although he is unsure of the specific area in which he would like to study.
